Like all the suites at Arthurs Views, at 1000 feet above the bay the Eyrie Penthouse Studio has absolutely magnificent panoramic views of Port Phillip Bay and overlooks Dromana, Safety Beach and the meandering coastline all the way back to Melbourne CBD skyline.

The kitchenette with underfloor heating has a microwave, espresso coffee machine, toaster, full sized refrigerator and dishwasher. Iron and ironing board.
This studio truly is luxury couples accommodation at its finest, with a king-sized bed & electric blanket, electric reclining leather sofa, reverse cycle heating and cooling, smart TV with Foxtel, Netflix, Stan, Wifi, Blu-Ray player and a large private balcony with an outdoor setting overlooking the stunning views and vista of Port Phillip Bay and the Mornington Peninsula.
The Eyrie Penthouse Studio bathroom with luxurious underfloor heating and heated towel rail has a free standing shower and separate toilet. Toiletries, fluffy bathrobes, slippers and hairdryer.

We celebrated our 10 year anniversary here, it was exactly what I wanted and more, very private, clean and the view was worth every penny. I sat out on the balcony watching the boats and listening to the birds and completely relaxed, felt like I was in Santorini.
The fire place created such a peaceful warmth and the bed was very comfortable and pillows.
Shower pressure a little low but not an issue.
Check in and out was so simple and easy and the location is very close to so many great attractions and wineries.
We will definitely stay again and I have recommended to all my friends.

My wife and I decided we needed a change of scenery during this Covid-19 times and came across Arthurs View.
It looked impressive on photos and certainly lived up to all expectations as it is beautiful.
The Eirie apartment we had is exceptionally maintained and has everything needed for a very relaxing stay.
The views of Port Philip bay are outstanding even if the cloud cover does not permit the view. Waking up to being above the cloud is just so nice.
Our hosts Greg and Helen were responsive to all requests and we thank them for making our stay memorable.
Even had Kangaroos hoping around at dusk.
Would highly recommend Arthurs View as an outstanding property to have a great stay.
